Its a chance to connect, network, and form working relationships with other creatives as well as an opportunity to find your creative home with creative non profits from across Dallas.
Anyone interested in creative connections! This free-to-attend event is perfect for any creative looking to build a network of other creatives across a mutlitude of disciplines

Find your creative tribe! Dallas’s best nonprofit organizations and creative groups will be present, ready to connect and welcome you. Whether you’re looking to attend regular meetups, learn something new, or get involved and volunteer, there’s a place here for you.
Where is the hangout happening?
Hangouts happen quarterly at different venues across Dallas. For our innaugual event we will be at DOTS Hop House and Cocktail Courtyard.
Why Dots? They have proven time and again to be an incredible friend and supporter of the arts, hosting events and gatherings throughout the years. Currently Deep Ellum is under massive construction affecting foot traffic, so our first event is an effort to help support them.
Who’s behind the Hangout?
The Dallas Creative Hangout is part of a NextGen Sector Partnership initiative started locally by Dallas College with a goal to bring together a unique blend of public and private organizations and businesses to create a partnership the likes of which Dallas has never seen.
While the partnership has several goals, a core mission is to connect creatives across Dallas to help our artistic community thrive.
